Hello and welcome to the next exciting episode of Trekcast the Star Trek podcast, on this weeks episode Jerad joins us as we embark on one of your favorite episodes of Trekcast the Create-Your-Own-Adventure Star Trek episodes, and we have decided to tackle the next Star Trek movie since the gang over at Bad Robot should be starting the script writing process soon. So we hope you enjoy our take on what we think cold be the next film in the franchise.

Omar, LOL, I feel you dude.
As far as the negative reviews on iTunes, a couple seemed like they were from the literally small handful Star Wars fans who are in denial over Episodes 1-3. The one which was complaining about the casino episode, speaking only for myself, it’s the casual, non-serious, and fun way Trekcast is done which makes it different. It’s almost like you are sitting down talking to a buddy rather than listening to a podcast.
I have never found it fun or interesting to listen podacasts which micro-analyze Trek episode by episode. There are so many more interesting things to talk about in the Trek and adjacent universes than Episode Micro-Analysis.

I saw that happening when I was going through 6 a day trying to f
get them in. I’ve now started pacing myself to make them last lol.
My famly and I just started a Trek Marrathon, starting at th beginning of TNG. We are currently on disks 3 – 5 of season 1 (I love Netflix). Season 1 is kind of dooky, but I do think it does help set things up for later episodes. My wife and her kids love DS9, but Voyager remains my favorite series. My wife and I agree that Captain Sisko is the best captain with Captain Janeway in a close second.
